Requirements:

Basic understanding of the field
Some theoretical knowledge or portfolio to call upon
Proficient in Microsoft office tools
Effective communication skills - written and verbal
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
A lot of personality!
GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English is preferred. If not obtained, must be willing to complete functional skills

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including DNS and TCP/IP problems
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems such as Windows Server and Mac OS
Set up and configure new computers, printers, and other IT equipment
Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to IT-related problems
Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and procedures
Document technical procedures and create user guides for software applications
Assist with the management of IT assets and inventory

Pay: £20,160.95-£31,585.31 per year
