The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice PLC Engineer to join our dynamic team. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the design, programming, and maintenance of PLC-based control systems while working alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design, programming, and commissioning of PLC control systems.
Learn how to troubleshoot and maintain existing automation systems.
Work on real-world industrial automation projects.
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to develop innovative solutions.
Undertake relevant training and coursework as part of the apprenticeship program.

Requirements

A strong interest in automation, electrical engineering, or industrial controls.
Problem-solving skills and a keen interest in learning new technologies.
A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £7.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
