We are excited to be able to offer a range of apprenticeships in the following areas:
Process Operator
As a process Operator Apprentice, you will work alongside highly skilled and experienced Process Operators and be part of a team at the Dow site that Operates the Production units. The production units range from batch processes to high complex continuous process units. Process Operators carry out field checks on process equipment. Monitors process conditions, key performance metrics, equipment and control systems and makes appropriate decisions to maintain and/or achieve desired rates and conditions aligned with Plant/Site/Business goals.
Responsibilities

You have a keen interest in technology and see yourself operating and monitoring equipment that processes chemical substances into industrial or consumer products.

You love to provide support and respond to issues by collaborating with your colleagues.

You are motivated to learn more about environmental regulations and requirements.

An international and diverse team that loves to collaborate to serve customers’ needs throughout Europe and Asia
Qualification

You have 5 GCSEs at grade C/ Level 4 or above (Inc. Math's, English and a science).

You are allowed to work in the United Kingdom

You can speak and write in English fluently.
