We are a family run business that has 2 nurseries & preschools in the Bristol area, one in Kingswood and one in Keynsham taking children from 6 months to school age.
At Orchard Lea Nursery & Preschool we are passionate about helping children get off to the best start in life.
The Role
You will assist with activities to enable the children to progress their development, along with the EYFS framework. As an Apprentice you will be working towards a NVQ Level 2 or 3 in early childhood studies or equivalent.
The Nursey will support your study by offering paid non-contact study time. We have a great team to support you through your apprenticeship with team members who have progressed through level 2-5 NVQ. We have proven delivery with an experienced accessor with over 10 years’ experience.
As an Early Years Apprentice, you will use your own initiative in providing ideas, supporting different activities and interacting with the children, with full supervision and encouragement from our supportive team members.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about working in childcare, have the ability to work within a team and develop excellent relationships with parents whilst striving towards gaining their NVQ qualification.
What will you gain at the end of the apprenticeship?
At the end of your training, you will have a Level 2 or 3 qualification, valuable experience in your chosen career and have the opportunity to secure a permanent role in early years.
If you are looking to start your career in Early Years in a setting where you can really make a difference to children’s lives then we would be delighted to hear from you.
