About the role
We have a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our Performance and Improvement team as an Apprentice Quality Analyst, to help us on our journey of delivering an unrivalled customer experience.
Working with our Quality Manager to deliver the Customer Directorate Quality framework, you will assist in ensuring we have a continued focus on driving a quality-rich, right first-time culture, that both meets regulatory compliance measures and business high standards.
You’ll also ensure focus both on the right metrics, and the outcomes enabled by relentlessly focusing on consistently delivering them.
We’re going to be helping you to develop into providing constructive and objective feedback to the quality manager to drive quality improvements across the Customer Directorate, through effective coaching.
In addition to your work experience, you'll complete a level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration where you'll gain academic knowledge to complement your practical work.
About you
We’re looking for you to be passionate about providing the best possible levels of customer service, creating positive experiences for our customers and driving performance improvements in the way we support and interact with our customers.
You’ll ideally have worked in a Customer Service role in the past, so you’ll have excellent listening, evaluation and communication skills, along with being able to understand and analyse numerical data, writing clear, easy-to-understand reports that clarify opportunities for improvement and how to implement them once this has been distilled.
We’re looking for you to be an organised and methodical person with the ability to plan effectively and deliver on time, even under pressure.
You’ll be used to working with Microsoft Office programmes, especially Excel, as you’ll be using these to support you in your role.
We are looking for you to have a grade 4 or above in Maths & English GCSE.
Please note you will be employed by our Training provider ATA.
