The Position
The apprentice will be sat alongside the receptionist in the reception area. This is a friendly law firm and is quiet. It is not open plan environment
- Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive
- Answer and forward all incoming phone calls/taking messages
- Receive, sort and distribute post
- Photocopying
- Opening and Closing files
- Updating and Maintaining paper and electronic records
- Typing correspondence
- Processing outgoing post
- Provide support to the Fee Earners
- Diary Management
- Ad-hoc duties where necessary

You will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
- This Apprenticeship will involve off the job training.
- You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours.
- You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role.
- The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months.
- This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
