About the Role
Are you looking for an apprenticeship?
We have an exciting opportunity to join our business as an Apprentice Planner.
This two-year apprenticeship provides you with the opportunity to work within our high performing Planning & Scheduling team in a positive and open working environment.
In this role you will learn how to develop strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across our directorates and build mutual trust and respect.
You will work to tight deadlines, supporting the Planning & Scheduling team in creating efficient plans and prioritising workload for the Water Team and Contractors. This will include monitoring of work-streams to ensure all targets are achieved.
In addition to your work experience, you'll complete a level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration where you'll gain academic knowledge to complement your practical work.
About you
We’re looking for individuals who are self-motivated and passionate and creative in their approach to achieving goals.
You will be someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must as you will be collaborating with key stakeholders across the business to build relationships.
You should be highly organised with an ability to prioritise your own workload and at times work under pressure.
We are looking for you to have a grade 4 or above in Maths & English GCSE.
Please note, you will be employed by our Training provider ATA.
