Lentells Limited are a firm of accountants with offices in Somerset and Devon. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and energetic Apprentice to work in our Chard office.
The successful candidate will receive training and support from the team throughout and will study towards the Business Administration qualification.
The Apprenticeship will take approximately 18 months to complete with day release to study at college included in your working week.
*No age limit, we will consider applications from mature apprentices (age specific apprenticeship pay rates apply)
The main duties of this role include:
- Secretarial support to directors and staff, including duties such as typing, printing, producing documents (PDF) etc. Digital transcription.
- Reception duties; meet and greet clients and keep registers up to date
- Deal with incoming post and upload to the Virtual Cabinet.
- Undertake all electronic filing as required (scanning/indexing to clients).
- Relevant electronic submission of documents (HMRC etc.).
- Facilities management to include arranging maintenance/callouts as appropriate for the building and office equipment.
- Undertaking purchases and procurement of inventory for the office

- Willingness and ability to learn quickly
Education qualifications required:
- 5 GCSEs range 9 to 4, including English and Maths
