Role Summary
Autolus is looking for an organised and motivated Organisation Development apprentice who has the ability to learn and develop and provide support to the business, while studying for their Level 3 L&D Apprenticeship. The post holder will need to be a self-starter and comfortable with performing and managing multiple tasks in a fast paced and changing environment.
This will be a fixed term contract for 24 months (the contract will run in conjunction with undertaking study towards achievement of an Apprenticeship standard: L&D Level 3).
Key Responsibilities
o Engage in formal training and development related to the apprenticeship, including coursework and projects.
o First line support for the OD inbox
o Assist in maintaining the yearly training calendar and enrollments (e.g. tracking participation, scheduling).
o Help prepare materials and logistics for individual, leadership and team development webinars and workshops.
o Support the administration of New Employee Orientation (NEO): Connect workshops & NEO intranet page.
o Assist with the engagement of LinkedIn Learning initiatives through promotion and tracking.
o Maintain and update the OD intranet site.
- Performance Monitoring and Employee Engagement:
o Maintain the OD dashboard by gathering data and metrics as required.
o Assist in the administration and follow-up of the employee engagement survey, including data collection and reporting.
o First line support for the Internal Comms inbox.
o Research and compile relevant business news for internal communications.
o Collate input for the monthly newsletter and assist in distribution.
o Assist in maintaining Autonet content, updating information & supporting department page development.
