An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within Norton Lodge Day service.
We are seeking an Apprentice Day Support Worker - 30-hours per week, to start as soon as possible.
Norton Lodge Day service offers day opportunities for older people living with complex needs.
The team support people to maintain their independence and skills, whilst promoting good health and wellbeing, and at the same time providing a break for carers and families to enable individuals to remain living at home in their community.

- You will be part of a team of both experienced and new staff.
- You will be supported to do the right training, with the right support and gain the relevant understanding knowledge and skills for the role and we will help you to work towards completing your AWIF (All Wales induction framework ) and help you work towards your QCF level 2 in health and social care.
- You will receive a thorough and paid induction that includes working alongside others within the team who will help you learn about the role.
- You will receive regular supervision and guidance to help you along the way, offering you support and encouragement in your new role.
