We are looking for a highly motivated practitioner to undertake a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Early Years Education, the successful candidate will seek their own accredited training provider and meet the course requirements and assessments stipulated by the provider. Mentoring and supervisory support will be provided whilst training alongside our established qualified and experienced team.
You will be passionate about caring and educating children and babies, focused on service delivery with the drive and enthusiasm to further develop standards of care and education. You will have a flexible approach, a positive attitude and the ability to build positive constructive working relationships with children, colleagues and parents.
You must be hardworking and display a motivation to develop and extend your knowledge and understanding of the EYFS. You will act as a key person to a key group of children, observing and recording individual children’s progress and suggesting next steps to support their learning and development further you will be guided by qualified practitioners and have responsibility for meeting individual needs.
You must be eligible to enrol on an accredited level three Apprenticeship in Early Years, possessing the drive to continue with professional training and development.
This post is fulltime, fixed term for two years, working 37 hours per week. Hours of work will usually be 7.5 hours per day Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.50am - 6.00pm. (Time will be allowed during these hours to attend college in relation to obtaining the Level 3 qualification as appropriate)
