As a Trainee Manager, you will receive comprehensive training in various aspects of kitchen operations, food safety, and team supervision, preparing you for a successful career in management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Support the management team in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Learn and implement food safety regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Supervise
- Participate in staff training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food production.
- Help manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
- Contribute to menu planning and development, ensuring offerings meet customer expectations.
- Address customer feedback promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

As an apprentice you would be required to work pro rata, 38hours a week and attend, complete and pass any training or meetings from HIT
