£9.50 starting salary, rapidly rising over 12 to 24 months, depending on performance, to £12.50 per hour.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

You will be working with an amazing group of children, you will share in all duties with the rest of the team, answering to a Room Leader, Deputy Manager and Nursery Manager.

They will in turn all work with you to support your training and guide you through a process they know and understand from their training.

Where you’ll work

Training

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
