About the Role
Join our dynamic Business Development Team and play a key role in generating interest among construction companies for our training programmes.
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. You will assist in coordinating commercial training courses and qualifications, ensuring they meet the Awarding Body and Industry Standards. You will also provide valuable advice and support to both new and existing clients and learners about our commercial training offerings.
You will be working towards Business Administration Level 2 with our apprenticeship provider.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through telemarketing efforts to promote products and services.
- Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to manage leads and track sales progress.
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve processes.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in B2B sales and telemarketing
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software
- Ability to engage with clients effectively over the phone
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in a sales environment
Job Type: Apprenticeship
Pay: £6.40-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
