Job Summary

We are seeking an apprentice Painter & Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a real desire to learn the trade. This role involves working on various projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. The successful applicant will be able to communicate effectively, follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Select appropriate materials and techniques for each project based on client specifications.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard within agreed timelines.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

No experience necessary as full training is provided.
would suit school or college leaver.
Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
A valid driving licence is preferred for travelling between job sites.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration is highly valued.
