We’re on the hunt for a young, eager-to-learn Office Apprentice to help keep things running smoothly in our accounts and invoicing team. No experience? No worries! We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Assisting with invoices – checking, sending, and making sure everything adds up
✅ Helping with basic bookkeeping and office admin tasks (don’t worry, we’ll show you how!)
✅ Speaking to clients via email and phone (in a friendly, professional way, of course)
✅ Keeping our office life organised – because chaos is only fun in movies
✅ Learning valuable skills that will set you up for a brilliant career
What We’re Looking For:
A positive attitude – we like good vibes around here!
A basic grasp of numbers (if you can split a takeaway bill, you’re halfway there)
Some computer skills – Excel, emails, and maybe a bit of Googling
Good communication – whether it’s a client or a colleague, we love clear talkers
A willingness to learn – we don’t expect you to know everything, just be up for giving things a go!
