Position Overview

We're on the lookout for Innovation & Intelligence Apprentices who:

Will be graduating this spring 2025 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, marketing and communications, public health, psychology, sociology and anthropology, or applied data science
Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Have a strong career interest in healthcare communications/pharma advertising
Are self-starters that take initiative and think quickly on their feet
Possess strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Enjoy interacting with people and have a track record of working successfully in a team-based environment
Want an exciting opportunity with potential for future full-time employment

PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid position requiring onsite collaboration. The role will be based out of our office located in London. All candidates must be willing to commute into the office on a regular basis.

Specific Responsibilities

The Innovation & Intelligence Apprentice will shadow our Innovation & Intelligence team and provide support in areas where they most need it. These areas vary and may include:

Developing background analyses on customers and categories
Brainstorming new ideas for projects or new business initiatives
Providing ongoing support for internal and external/client projects
Producing meeting summaries and following up on next steps with team members
Coordinating with functional groups across BGB
The apprenticeship also includes team assignments with peers as well as an independent study project and final presentation
