Maintenance Apprentice - £8.00 to £12.21 per hour
Are you ready to kickstart your career in maintenance? We are looking for someone to join us as a multi-skilled maintenance apprentice.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the first step on your career path, using the government apprenticeship scheme, where you will always have plenty of support and guidance from your co-workers and tutor.
You will learn to provide the highest level of service to our service users, whilst always ensuring a safe working environment. You will maintain 14 properties across our portfolio, which are home to vulnerable adults with learning disabilities.
Every day brings a different challenge, you will be asked to assist with a variety of works from; painting and decorating to plumbing including unblocking toilets/drains, electrical fault-finding, carpentry work, jet washing, gardening, cleaning filters and the general day to day planned preventative maintenance of our properties.
