Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, ensuring their development and well-being.

Responsibilities

Create and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the developmental needs of children.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
Manage classroom behaviour positively, promoting respect and cooperation among children.
Drive initiatives that support children's emotional and social development.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development.
Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall learning experience within the nursery setting.

Skills

Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and their families.
Leadership abilities to guide and inspire both children and colleagues.
Experience in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
A solid principles and practices.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate effective communication.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
