Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the developmental needs of children.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
- Manage classroom behaviour positively, promoting respect and cooperation among children.
- Drive initiatives that support children's emotional and social development.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall learning experience within the nursery setting.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and their families.
- Leadership abilities to guide and inspire both children and colleagues.
- Experience in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
- A solid principles and practices.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate effective communication.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
