This is a 15-18 month Early Years Apprenticeship role at a Nursery in Worcester Park.
Your training course:
Early Years Educator (level 3). Course start dates available: July 11th and October 3rd 2025.
You will be working at the Nursery 4 days a week and will attend Nescot College for in person training every other Friday for the duration of the apprenticeship.
There are no course costs for the learner and the apprentice will be paid for their working and learning hours.
Progression:
Typical jobs roles following this course include: playworker, childminder, nursery supervisor, teaching assistant, educational support assistant.
Required qualifications:
GCSE or equivalent in:
- English (grade 4)
- Maths (grade 4)
- To be eligible for an apprenticeship you will need to be a UK citizen or have been a UK resident for the last 3 Years.
Overview of the role:
You will play a key role in ensuring that young children learn and develop well and are kept healthy and safe.
The broad purpose of the occupation is to provide high quality early education and care to children. Through an evidence-based approach, they provide opportunities and learning experiences for all children, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Early years educators follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements set by government for the learning, development, and care of children from birth to 5 in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Only apply if you are able to commit to working at least 30 hours a week for the next 15-18 months.
During this apprenticeship you will need to attend training at Nescot College every other Friday for the Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
