Business Administration Apprentice – Legal Sector

Location: Gateshead, NE11

Salary: £6.40/hour (Apprenticeship wage)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

We are a growing legal company seeking a motivated Business Administration Apprentice to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in the legal business sector while working towards a Level 3 Advanced Business Administration Apprenticeship.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling queries and complaints between car dealerships and customers

Managing email communication with clients and customers

Liaising with car dealerships and clients via phone

Keeping all parties informed throughout the process

Advising car dealerships on legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Attending meetings and recording key actions

Using our internal CRM system for case management

Reaching out to customers for feedback and reviews

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

A problem-solving mindset with a logical approach

Great customer service and administrative skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
