This is a fantastic opportunity to start your Dog Grooming career at Doggy Styling - successful candidates will progress to a stylist position. You will learn on the job and earn a City & Guilds Dog Grooming qualification. Doggy Styling is a high end and unique grooming salon and dog boutique, a home from home for our four-legged friends.

THE ROLE

Coached by our renowned Doggy Styling Trainers in how to style all breeds of dogs to the highest standard.
Preparing dogs to specification, ready to be groomed by the stylist, tasks include: bathing, drying, nail clipping and rough trimming
Learning all aspects of the groom including clipping, hands tripping and scissoring
Assist in ensuring excellent salon presentation is maintained and high standards are kept through cleanliness, safety and good standards of housekeeping

ABOUT YOU

Have experience working and handling dogs in a professional grooming environment - Highly Beneficial
Have experience working in a fast paced environment
Have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with our loyal doggy parents
Must be enthusiastic, willing to learn and have a real passion for dogs
