o Customer Support:
- Assist customers via phone, email and live chat, responding to inquiries about vehicle leasing options, special deals and lease terms.
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional guidance on the leasing process, including contract details, vehicle availability, and delivery timelines.
- Help customers navigate the website and car comparison tool to find the best vehicle leasing deals to suit their needs.
o Order Processing & Tracking:
- Assist in processing new leasing agreements, ensuring all customer details and documentation are correctly captured and submitted.
- Track customer orders and keep them updated on the status of their vehicle delivery, handling any delays or issues proactively.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
o Complaint Resolution:
- Help resolve any customer complaints or concerns, escalating more complex cases to senior team members where necessary.
- Maintain a calm and empathetic approach to customer queries and complaints, working to deliver positive outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction.
o Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support during their lease period.
- Assist with lease renewals, proactively reaching out to customers whose leases are due to expire and helping them find their next vehicle.
o Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the customer service and sales teams, including updating customer records in our CRM system.
- Prepare and send customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all communications.
- Assist in managing customer feedback, compiling reports, and identifying areas for service improvement.
o Learning & Development:
- Engage in structured learning through formal training and on-the-job experience to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer service and the vehicle leasing industry.
- Regularly review your progress with your manager, working on both personal development and gaining technical knowledge related to the role.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), A customer-focused mindset with a positive and approachable attitude, eagerness to learn and develop new skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
