What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the design, build & commissioning of electrical systems
- Work on real-world projects in power generation, renewables & industrial electrical systems
- Get involved in testing, site surveys, troubleshooting & project delivery
- Complete the Level 3 Engineering Design Technician apprenticeship
- Earn a BTEC Level 3 & HNC in Electrical Engineering while learning from experienced engineers
What We’re Looking For:
- GCSEs at grades 9-6 (A*-B) in Maths and English Language, plus three additional subjects at grades 9-5 / A*-C
- A genuine interest in an electrical engineering and project delivery career
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on approach to learning and development
- Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills
- A team player with a willingness to travel and work on-site when needed
