We are looking for an apprentice to join our business. We work 6 days a week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 730 - 500pm and Wednesday and Saturdays 730 - 1pm. The ideal candidate must be able to learn inshop. Must be able to work in a busy environment as part of a team! We work with the Scottish Meat Federation who use Craft Skills Scotland to provide training and an SQA qualification level 2 Meat and poultry skills. The basic training last 2 years with every module completed a pay rise.
Duties include manufacturing sausages, pies, curing bacons, butchering, serving customers, cleaning following our schedules and health and safety.
We have are in the Southside of Glasgow. We are award winning family butchers and the ideal candidate must be punctual, willing to learn.
