Key Responsibilities: -
- Record, process and manage safety documentation in line with company standards and procedures using our back-office system.
- Manage incoming telephone calls.
- Provide support to colleagues and management on tasks when required, including procurement duties.
- Record and manage operative’s data.
- Process relevant paperwork.
- Product sourcing.

Desired skills
- 4-9 grades English and maths GCSE's
- Ability to drive would be an advantage.

- Ability to multitask and manage reception in conjunction with other administration duties
- Good attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of ICT packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to demonstrate or gain a clear understanding of the firm’s in-house systems where training will be given
- Excellent presentation, organisation and timekeeping skills
- Awareness of confidentiality and safeguarding
- The ability to use own initiative, be able to work individually as well as part of a team
- Must be well-presented with a clear, pleasant telephone manner

You will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
- This Apprenticeship will involve off the job training.
- You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours.
- You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role.
- The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months.
- This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
