The Chesser Surgery
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment as we have roughly 6200 patients, 2 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GP's, 2 part time nurses, 1 full time senior HCA, 1 Phlebotomist.
Responsibilities
To be the first point of contact for the patients and to support with the day to day duties required in a professional manner.
Answering calls and queries
booking appointments
scanning documents
registering patients
referring to alternative services
requesting prescriptions
Training
Full inhouse training will be provided by the practice
PMA Ltd will provide the Business Admin Level 3 apprenticeship with Clinical coding.
