What You’ll Do
As an HR & Talent Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience across all areas of HR, recruitment, and employee engagement, including:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Posting job adverts, screening CVs, arranging interviews, and supporting the hiring process.
Onboarding & Employee Support – Assisting new employees with their induction and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
HR Administration – Managing employee records, preparing reports, and handling HR-related queries.
Training & Development – Coordinating learning opportunities and supporting workforce development.
Employee Engagement & Wellbeing – Helping to create a positive workplace culture through HR initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Passion for HR, recruitment, and people development
Strong communication & organizational skills
Proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently & as part of a team
No prior HR experience needed – just a willingness to grow!
