Calling customers to check and verify information,
Inbound calls from existing clients to offer support
General office administration
The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 in Business Administration with the appointed provider, HBTC (www.hbtc.co.uk). An Apprenticeship allows you to acquire valuable skills and experience in your chosen sector, which improves your CV and employability when you've finished training. You'll learn in the work environment, developing the practical skills and understanding you need to excel in your role. This opportunity could also lead to permanent employment and progression opportunities.
