You will have the opportunity to:
- Learn and develop key technical skills under the guidance of experienced professionals,
- Gain practical experience working with tools, technologies and processes
- Participate in a structured apprenticeship program that combines on-the-job training with formal education.
Responsibilities of the apprentice will include:
- Ensuring food products meet safety and quality standards, including compliance with regulations such as HACCP and food safety legislation.
- Assisting in the creation and improvement of food products, including sensory analysis and evaluating product specifications.
- Maintaining documentation and supporting technical procedures to ensure smooth production processes.
- Conducting audits and producing management data related to food quality and safety.
- Working with teams across production, supply chain, and engineering to optimise efficiency and meet business needs.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00 (flexibility required)
Total hours per week: 40
Apprenticeship level
You will complete a Food Industry Technologist Apprenticeship Level 3
