Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations and support team members in their tasks.
- Engage with customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

- Participate in upselling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and company performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is essential;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience or familiarity with bakingis advantageous.
