Key Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly and professional first point of contact for visitors and staff.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, welcoming, and well-maintained.
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and Sales & Marketing/Project teams.
- Handle calls, manage calendars, follow up with clients, and chase for information.
- Assist with report preparation, update accountancy software and manage overdue payments.
- Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Good active listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and other office software.
