Full Time, Remote (UK - must live within a 2 hour commute of London)
Salary: From £33,000 per annum, negotiable dependent on experience.

At KnowledgeBrief, we have been at the forefront of Leadership and Management training for 20 years, enhancing learning experiences through our pioneering KBPro platform. In 2023, we expanded our apprenticeship offerings, and due to our continued growth, we're looking for an experienced apprenticeship assessor to join our team as a Skills Coach for our Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship.
The Level 4 Project Management course is designed to provide professionals with the fundamental skills needed to manage projects successfully. This role is central to our mission of empowering individuals to excel in their careers, helping learners develop the competencies required to thrive in diverse and challenging environments.
Role Overview:
As a Skills Coach, you will be instrumental in guiding a diverse group of learners through the Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship standard, focusing on personalised development. This role requires a solid blend of project management expertise, dedication, and the ability to integrate on-the-job and off-the-job learning into the learners' development journeys. You will have the chance to make a significant impact on our ambitious and forward-thinking goals.
This role is fully remote, and the successful candidate should live within a 2-hour commute of London for occasional operations meetings and company away days in-person.

Skills Coach - Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert coaching, support, and motivation to adult learners enrolled in the Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship
- Develop tailored plans for each learner's journey, ensuring clear and structured progress from their starting point
- Integrate on-the-job and off-the-job learning elements into the learners' experiences, ensuring a comprehensive development process
- Offer additional support and catch-up strategies to meet individual learner needs and goals
- Engage line managers in the learners' progress and conduct regular tripartite reviews
- Prepare learners for the end-point assessment gateway, ensuring they are fully equipped for success
- Ensure learners meet off-the-job learning requirements and achieve the apprenticeship standard
- Proactively engage learners who may be falling behind, helping them to re-engage and progress
- Participate in Apprenticeship Team and Standardisation meetings to contribute to the continuous improvement of our coaching practices
- Foster a passion for learning and effectively engage with learners from various industries and backgrounds
Skills Coach - Experience & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and learning and development, with experience in the apprenticeship sector. We are looking for someone who possesses some or all of the following:
- Level 4 or higher Project Management Qualification (ideal)
- Relevant experience in managing and coaching project managers (ideal)
- Experience in the apprenticeship sector (highly desirable)
- Experience with the delivery of the Level 4 Project Management apprenticeship (highly desirable)
- Recognised teaching qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Membership of a relevant professional body (desirable but not essential)
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of project management theories and their practical application
