The Active Lifestyles team at Huntingdonshire District Council is seeking an individual to support its programmes of increasing participation in sport and physical activity across the district whilst undertaking a level 3 apprenticeship in sport and health.
Ideally, you will possess a current qualification in either fitness instructing or sports coaching (at least one Level 2 qualification) and with experience of planning and delivering high quality sports and/or physical activity sessions to various user groups.
Excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills are essential, as well as building effective relationships in this customer-facing delivery role.
An offer of employment is conditional upon having the right to work in the UK. Huntingdonshire District Council does not hold a Sponsorship Licence and is unable to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) or take over sponsorship for any role.
