We are looking for a Branch Sales Apprentice to join our growing team.
Role Overview
As an apprentice, you'll be an essential part of our sales team, interacting with both plumbers and the general public. You will learn to sell a wide range of plumbing, heating and bathroom products, including showers, sanitary ware, towel rails, and more.
Job Description
- Support our current branch team to ensure we are providing a high level of knowledgeable service to customers
- Assist and advise customers on plumbing and heating products, ensuring they find the perfect solutions for their needs.
- Utilize our sales system to check of and book in goods and then sell them to customers
- Operate cash tills and card machines, handling transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop product knowledge to support sales and provide excellent customer service.
Apprenticeship Training
You will undertake a trade suppliers level 2 apprenticeship programme.
Skills Required
No specific skills required as full training will be provided on the job. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and have the ability to work as part of a collective team. Provide exceptional customer service. Be able to use their own initiative and complete all business tasks to a high standard.
Qualifications Required
GCSE Maths and English pass grade, those that have not achieved this will require to complete functional skills Maths and English alongside their apprenticeship qualification.
Future Prospects
This is a full-time permanent position with the opportunity to work towards a permanent position within the business.
