We are a well established and fast-growing online marketing agency, passionate about helping business succeed through tailored digital strategies. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This position is essential for driving efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction within our organisation. You will work closely with the Managing Director, supporting sales calls, following up on leads, and managing our lead generation suppliers.
No cold calling required — you'll be working with warm new and existing leads, helping to convert interest into opportunity.
Duties
- Assist the Managing Director with sales calls and daily tasks
- Follow up with warm leads and handle sales-related admin
- Manage relationships with lead generation suppliers
- Maintain and update prospect spreadsheets and databases
- Prepare and send follow-up emails, proposals, and quotes
- Support with general office tasks as needed

- Well-disciplined, organised, and detail-oriented
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel)
- Comfortable with using Computer and emails.

You will work onsite with your employer but come into NESCOT one day per month for practical training.
