We’re currently hiring at HPS Epsom for an Apprentice Showroom Sales Assistant - a hands-on role where you’ll learn how to design practical solutions, work directly with customers, and help drive real results for the Showroom.
This is a Level 3 apprenticeship combining technical design skills with genuine sales training and customer relationship building. You’ll work with real customers, learn how to quote and close, and gain experience using CAD software to build layouts that meet real-world installation needs.
What You’ll Do
· Engage with customers and listen to what they want from a bathroom
· Build confidence and guide them through product and layout options
· Use CAD software to produce bathroom designs
· Create and send quotes
· Help maintain the showroom so it reflects current trends and ranges
· Track ongoing projects and support customers from concept to completion
· Learn how to convert interest into revenue
What You’ll Learn
· How to deliver strong showroom-based sales, from first conversation to signed quote
· How to use CAD design software for bathrooms
· How to take accurate site measurements and factor in installation logistics
· Customer service techniques that drive loyalty and repeat business
· How to quote, price, and present solutions that work for both the customer and the business
· Communication, persuasion, and problem-solving in a real commercial environment
Who You Are
· Confident speaking to people and asking the right questions
· Comfortable using tech, or keen to learn CAD and quoting systems
· Interested in bathrooms, layouts, and interior planning
· Keen to learn the commercial side of the business alongside design.
· Motivated, reliable, and ready to build something long-term
