With rapid growth underway, they are now seeking an organised, curious, and tech-savvy individual to join as a Marketing Operations Apprentice.
The Role
This isn’t a standard admin position. The apprentice will gain hands-on experience with the tools and processes that keep a modern digital agency running — from finance operations to social media support, from building reports to exploring automation and AI tools that make work faster and smarter.
The role also involves supporting the Managing Director with diary and meeting management, ensuring the business runs smoothly day to day.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, an interest in numbers, and a keen drive to learn how digital marketing agencies grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep projects and finances organised (spreadsheets, invoices, reports)
- Support diary management and scheduling for the Managing Director
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and client documents
- Lead social media activity for the brand and handle campaign reporting
- Learn and use tools such as Monday.com, Google Sheets, and automation platforms
- Experiment with AI tools to streamline processes and support growth
- Act as the detail-focused organiser ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

- Achieved a C/4 or above in GCSE maths and English
- Educated to A-level standard in complimentary subjects
- Confidence with numbers and strong organisational skills (maths ability is a big plus)
- Highly organised and capable of managing diaries and schedules
- Eagerness to learn new tools, apps, and systems
- Curiosity about digital marketing and AI
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-focused
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, creative environment

The Apprenticeship:
This role will be part of a level three Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship provided by The Marketing Trainer. The apprenticeship covers a wide range of topics over its 15-month duration, including:
- Campaign management;
- Content creation;
- Social Media marketing;
- Digital and traditional communications;
- Brand management;
- Communication skills;
- Project Management;
- And much, much more.
All training and support will be conducted remotely via small group training cohorts and one-to-one coaching sessions that ensure you receive individualised support along the entirety of the apprenticeship.
In addition to this, the successful candidate will be enrolled on a full CIM Foundation Certificate at no extra cost. This means that once you’re finished on the apprenticeship you’ll be awarded two distinct qualifications as opposed to one.
