We're looking for a Quality Apprentice to join our Transportation Team based in Birmingham, working towards a Level 4 apprenticeship in Quality Practitioner.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on an apprenticeship. Whilst working towards a recognised qualification, you'll be able to put your learnings into practice in your day-to-day role, helping you progress within your chosen career.

Location: Birmingham

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £22k

Quality Apprentice

How does an apprenticeship work?

As a Quality Apprentice you'll be enrolled onto a Level 4 apprenticeship in Quality Practitioner, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn. You'll work closely with the Transportation team to design, build and maintain infrastructure for the highways, rail, aviation and ports sectors, with a common goal of connecting people

Your day to day will include:

Assisting with Quality audits, identifying non conformances and opportunities for improvement.
Administration of the document management system (IMS)
Creating documents for use on Contract in line with group standards and polices
Review non-conformance outstanding audit actions supporting workstream supervisor / managers with closure.
Support operational teams with audits, closure of non-conformance actions

What are we looking for?

The role of Quality Apprenticeis great for you if have:

GCSE Maths and English at C/4 or above
The ability to be self-motivated, punctual and organised
Willingness to learn
