They are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to support across all recruitment divisions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in business administration while gaining valuable hands-on experience within the recruitment industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage and organise files and documents throughout CRM
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Support the team with scheduling and onboarding of temporary staff
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Perform data entry and update records
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates
Personal Specification:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
