This industry leading car park management services company is looking for the right person to join their team while studying to achieve their Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Focused on building & maintaining client relationships, helping with all aspects relating to the ongoing management of their car parks this opportunity is located at the offices in Lancing Business Park. Key Responsibilities
- Answer client queries and keep them up to date
- Provide quotations and invoices
- Arrange installations (signage, CCTV, payment machines)
- Sending communication to current car park users
- Issue parking permits
- Update client and site information on the in-house CRM system
- Supporting with team tasks to ensure the team runs smoothly

Working Week: 37.50 hours per week - Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm with half hour unpaid for lunch.
Salary: £14,722.50 per annum as per the Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage depending on age (please see further information below)
Qualifications: Math and English GCSE minimum grade 4 desired although not mandatory for acceptance
Future Prospects: The correct candidate will move on to a fulltime position within the company after completion of their apprenticeship

Things to Consider:
- This is a 16-month apprenticeship role including the end point assessment, where the right candidate will be employed by the employer whilst studying to achieve an apprenticeship qualification.
- This is an Apprenticeship Job so applicants MUST BE free from full time education to be eligible to apply for it.
- Applicants MUST BE resident in the UK for a minimum of 3 years prior to the start of learning and have work authorisation for the UK.
- Applicants WILL NOT BE eligible to apply if they have already achieved a qualification which is equal to or higher thank the apprenticeship standard on offer.
- Applicants MUST BE resident in the area local to the apprenticeship opportunity or be prepared to relocate in time to start employment and study.
- The learning provider will be Chichester College although the vacancy location is the Worthing so the ability to travel will be essential as this will be a remote learning with some attendance at Chichester.

Further Information: Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £7.55 per hour (As of the 1st April 2025). This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
