We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Apprentice to join our Technical Support Department, helping clients and installers with heat pump systems across the UK. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience, technical skills, and formal training — all while contributing to the UK’s low-carbon future.
What You'll Do:
- Support customers and installers with technical queries (by phone, email, and site visit)
- Assist with diagnostics, commissioning, and maintenance tasks
- Learn to interpret schematics, manuals, and installation guides
- Gain understanding of ground and air source heat pump systems
- Participate in technical trainings and site visits
- Work closely with senior engineers and the customer care team
What We're Looking For:
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Strong interest in renewable energy, HVAC, or engineering
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- GCSEs or equivalent in Maths, English, and ideally a technical subject
- A team player with problem-solving mindset
- A Category B driving licence is a strong advantage
