About Our Opportunity
Join our dynamic Finance team as a Finance Degree Apprentice, where you’ll build a strong foundation for a career in accounting and finance while studying towards a BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance Manager degree through Manchester Metropolitan University. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a full degree and professional experience — without student debt.
You’ll be part of a business that supports innovation and growth across the UK and globally, and you'll contribute directly to the performance of our Finance function.
What You’ll Be Doing
Over the course of your apprenticeship, you’ll rotate across several key areas of our UK and Global Finance functions, including:
- Global Finance
- UK Finance
- Credit and Payables – Accounts
- Treasury Coordination and Management
- Regional Finance Teams supporting our nationwide operations
- Tax and Compliance
Your learning will be supported by real-world, hands-on experience and project-based work that directly links to your academic studies. The apprenticeship programme is delivered through a blend of online learning, tutor support, and on-campus study blocks, allowing you to apply your learning on the job.
You’ll be based in the UK and will attend an assessment day in Warrington on w/c 11th August.
About You
We’re looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about building a career in finance.
You will need to:
- Be over 18 on 1st Sep 2025
- Have, or are predicted to have, by 1st Sep 2025, 104 UCAS points - equivalent to BCC/ACD at A Level or BTEC Extended Diploma DMM
- Be able to commute to Warrington
- Be strong communicator with good attention to detail
- Be naturally analytical and comfortable working with numbers
- Be eager to learn and proactive in your development
- Be organised and able to balance study with work commitments
You’ll need to meet the academic requirements for entry onto the Level 6 Accounting Finance Degree Apprenticeship programme with Manchester Metropolitan University.
