1.Bookings: oManage and coordinate bookings for candidates in the Exeter area to ensure seamless recruitment operations.oSupport bookings for other areas at peak times and when required.oMaximising existing business and developing new business with the aim to exceed previous years figures. 2.Answering phonesoAnswering incoming calls for all areasoEnsuring that all communications are sent to the team oAnswering teacher and school enquiries as required 3.Sales Calls (EX Area): oMake sales calls to potential clients within the EX postcode area to generate new business opportunities and foster existing relationships.oCall schools with outstanding or existing bookings to ensure that their needs are being met and they are happy with the service provided.4.Marketing AvailabilityDedicated Mailers: oSend availability updates and dedicated mailers to clients and candidates in the EX postcode area.5.Social Media Support & CampaignsoUsing different Social Media platforms, assist with generating engagement for the businessoCome up with new campaigns for individual platforms, bringing innovative ideas and creating plans and scheduling posts. 6.Marketing Materials & MerchandiseoAssist the team with the creation of marketing materials, and explore ways of improving existing templates, as well as new ideas.oDesigning new merchandise and assisting the Senior Consultant with keeping track of the requirements of the business for Merchandise. 7.CV Searching (EX Postcode Area): oConduct thorough searches for qualified candidates’ CVs within the EX postcode area to match them with suitable roles.oIf no CVs are to be found within EX postcodes, expand your search to support other areas within the business. 8.Registering New Teachers: oRegister new teachers by collecting the required information and ensuring all records are accurately entered into the system.9.EX New Business Development: oIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the EX postcode area to expand the client base and grow the business.10.Cold Calls (EX Area 2-3 a Day): oMake 2-3 cold calls daily to potential clients within the EX postcode area to create new leads and strengthen business relationships.11.Teacher EnquiriesCare: oRespond promptly to teacher enquiries and provide ongoing support to ensure a positive candidate experience.12.Weekly KPI’s: oTrack and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) weekly to monitor performance and progress against targets.13.Marketing Teachers (EX Area): oPromote teachers within the EX area through targeted marketing campaigns and activities.14.Chasing Files When Required: oChase any missing or incomplete files for candidates to ensure they are fully registered and compliant.15.Circulate CVs (EX Area): oCirculate candidates’ CVs to appropriate clients in the EX postcode area to match job openings with qualified candidates.16.Book and Organize Job Fairs: oOrganize and book job fairs to connect with potential candidates and promote recruitment opportunities in the EX postcode area.17.Update Website: oRegularly update the company website with new job opportunities, company news, and relevant content to keep it fresh and informative.18.Update LinkedIn (and Repost): oManage and update the companys LinkedIn profile and repost relevant content to increase engagement with potential candidates and clients.19.Budget Forecast: oAssist in preparing budget forecasts for the department, ensuring accurate financial planning.20.Complete 1-1 Form on Fridays: oComplete weekly 1-1 reports with your supervisor to track progress and discuss any challenges.21.Support Other Areas When Staff Are Absent: oProvide support to other areas and colleagues during periods of absence to ensure business continuity.22.Checking Payroll & Invoicing Spreadsheets: oReview payroll and invoicing spreadsheets for accuracy and ensure timely processing of payments and invoices.The position will also include completing any other reasonable company requests to suit business needs, or fulfilling other duties and responsibilities to cover absences related to sickness, annual leave, or similar.
