We’re looking for a Technical Trainer to join a dynamic apprenticeship delivery team at a cutting-edge training facility near Bury St Edmunds. Whether you’re an experienced trainer or an industry professional with a flair for mentoring and coaching, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering high-quality training to apprentices on land-based service engineering programmes
- Developing engaging course materials, including virtual and blended learning resources
- Providing clear and constructive feedback to support learner progress
- Conducting regular learner reviews and monitoring health, safety, and welfare
- Promoting high standards of behaviour, achievement, and professionalism
- Keeping your own skills sharp through ongoing training and development
- Supporting a diverse and inclusive learning environment
What You’ll Need:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in engineering or a related subject
- Solid hands-on experience with agricultural or plant machinery
- A natural ability to communicate, coach, and engage others
- Experience in training, mentoring, or developing others (formal teaching not essential)
- A commitment to learner success and safeguarding
