Business Administrator Apprentice Level 3
Location: Redditch, B97 6RG
Salary: £14,722.50 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9a.m to 5p.m.
About the Role:
This exciting office-based apprenticeship offers a mix of admin and customer service duties, including handling enquiries, booking training courses, managing diaries, preparing materials, and sending certificates. A great opportunity to develop communication, organisation, IT skills, and gain hands-on office experience!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Logging and managing details of customer enquiries
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email
- Sending professional emails and letters
- Arranging and booking training courses
- Scheduling meeting and training rooms
- Organising refreshments for training sessions
- Preparing and sending out training certificates
- Managing diaries and calendars
Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational abilities
- Confident telephone manner
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
