Key Duties:
Business Development & Sales Support
Research clients, suppliers, and markets.
Update CRM and support sales pipeline activity.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
Assist with follow-ups, tender monitoring, and marketing materials.
Gather performance data for sales activities.
Client & Account Management
Maintain contact lists and support client feedback surveys.
Assist with welcome packs and client communications.
Shadow senior staff in meetings to learn account management.
Marketing & Events
Support event planning, logistics, and materials.
Manage guest lists, invitations, and post-event reporting.
Contribute to social media and marketing content.
General Support & Development
Provide administrative and reception support.
Liaise with teams for smooth client handovers.
Represent the company professionally.
Undertake training towards Level 4 Sales Manager qualification.
