We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive atmosphere that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Manage daily activities, ensuring that all children are supervised and engaged in safe play.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and promote a collaborative environment.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to inform planning and development.
- Lead by example, demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire both children and fellow educators.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the learning experience within the nursery setting.
Experience
- A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while promoting positive behaviour among children.
- Leadership experience is an advantage, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A genuine passion for childcare and early years education is crucial for success in this role.
