We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as an Merchandiser Apprentice. This role offers the chance to learn and grow while supporting vital store operations.
What will be I be doing:
- Collaborate in managing store stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory figures to meet customer demand
- Supporting the team by addressing and resolving issues promptly by monitoring the central email
- Serve as a key liaison to stores and customers handling stock updates and requests with professionalism
- Monitor external online sales performance regularly to optimize stock levels and drive sales growth
- Assist in preparing and distributing weekly sales reports every Monday, keeping the team informed and aligned
- Contribute to maintaining accurate key reports for smooth and efficient information management
- Play a vital role in resolving negative stock feedback and related challenges
- Take on tasks assigned by the Merchandising Manager and provide valuable support to colleagues, fostering a collaborative team environment
What skills do I need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite – primarily Excel
- Confident in communicating with other via phone and Teams chat/calls
- Well organised with attention to detail
- Proactive team player willing to support colleagues and management
- Strong interest in stock management, sales analysis, and performance monitoring
